Davies Associates acted as Employer’s Agent for the construction of 20 new flats on Guelles Road, St Peter Port for Guernsey Housing Association. The site previously housed two separate dwellings that were combined to provide a viable development plot.
The units were constructed using ‘SIPS’ panels and included other sustainable innovations including MVHR units and solar panels for generating hot water for each flat.
8 of the flats were completed for ‘partial ownership’ and 12 for rental purposes. The project was completed in June 2018.
