Creasey’s Kids

The Creasey’s Kids project involved the refurbishment of the Creasey’s Bordage premises to create 2 floors of retail accommodation including an M&S Kids clothing department, Creasey’s Toys and a nursery department.

The work not only focussed on providing a modern retail environment but also on preserving the building for years to come after various issues were discovered following an initial strip out exercise.

The project was split into multiple phases to ensure the store remained open for as much of the refurbishment as possible and was completed within strict programme parameters to be fully operational for the crucial Christmas trading period.

The project was completed in November 2016.
