Seascape

Seascape is a beautifully designed home that makes the most of the stunning views of the beaches at Cobo and Grandes Rocques as well as the West Coast sunsets.

Davies Associates were appointed in the summer of 2019 to act as Quantity Surveyor for the project, with a Target Cost Plan compiled later that year to assist with the implementation of a ‘Cost Plus’ procurement strategy. Costs were monitored closely throughout the build and this enabled the Final Account to be negotiated below the Target Cost Plan despite experiencing a number of problems during the build, such as Covid and difficult ground conditions.

Thanks to the efforts of all members of the project team, the development was completed on programme, with the Clients moving in to the property prior to Christmas 2020.
