Davies Associates have now been involved in three phases of the redevelopment of this impressive property on the outskirts of St Peter Port.

Works commenced in 2016 with phase 1 being the full refurbishment of the existing house to a very high specification. Davies Associates were then re-appointed to act as Quantity Surveyor on phase 2 of the development to create a large sunroom extension, with works completed in late 2017. Phase 3 of the works have just been completed to further extend the property to form additional office and garage accommodation as well as the introduction of a subterranean wine cellar and extensive external landscaping. Davies Associates were appointed as both Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for this latest phase.

The work has been completed to a very high standard by utilising local craftsmen. The vast majority of the works have been undertaken whilst the client has been overseas and so good communication between all team members has been critical to the project’s success.
