Fort Le Crocq

Fort Le Crocq is a stunning redevelopment of a historic residential property that makes the most of its unique position at Richmond, on the west coast of Guernsey.

With unrivalled views to Vazon and Perelle, the design incorporates extensive amounts of glazing and viewing points from the first floor terrace that surrounds the upper part of the property. The original building has been extended on three sides to provide three generously sized bedrooms, ample living accommodation as well as a large garage to house the client’s vintage car collection. The existing garage was converted to house a plant room, outdoor bathroom and an office.

Davies Associates were approached by the clients in September 2018 to act as both Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor on this high specification development. The project was delivered within 12 months and within the budget set by the clients in conjunction with Davies Associates.
