The Oak Bar

Davies Associates were delighted to be asked to provide Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of the Oak Bar & Restaurant at Les Rocquettes Hotel in St Peter Port.

The project commenced in the summer of 2021 when Davies Associates worked alongside a familiar design team to put the details of the new bar and restaurant concept together to ensure that the clients could achieve their vision within their budget and programme constraints.

The construction costs for the project were negotiated with JW Rihoy & Son, and this procurement route ensured a start on site in the 1st week of 2022, with the project being completed within an ambitious 16 week period.

The project has transformed the Oak Bar and Restaurant into a bustling and lively venue that has received excellent reviews since re-opening.
