New project secured in Forest

Davies Associates have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors on the redevelopment of an existing residential property in Forest. 

The project includes the redevelopment and extension of an existing cottage as well as the conversion of a packing shed to form a dower unit.

The project commenced in March 2020. Works are progressing well and are due for completion before the end of the year.
